This document sets out recommendations for the periodic maintenance of air handling plant. Regular maintenance is necessary ti ensure maximum reliable service, to avoid early deterioration of the equipment, and thus by lenghtening the depreciation period ensure an economically viable investment. The present paper is applicable to air handling plant used for air conditioning of occupied spaces, for air conditioning of buildings and in manufacturing processes.
